    Advertised as new, item was not. Manufacturer seal around lid was missing and there was product crusted all over inside the flip cap that made it obvious it had been used. Extremely dangerous and unsanitary practice. Cannot recommend this seller less.

    This was from a gift bag from a Saphora event I attended and looked new. I took the buyer's word for it, and issued an IMMEDIATE 100% refund. All the other items from the bag were new with positive feedback on ebay with no returns...Again, I took the buyer's word for it and refunded 100%, with an apology. This negative feedback at this point seems vengeful, but I offered immediate customer support & resolution. The buyer's username "Buy What I Don't Like" seems suspect, but it is what it is.
