    Buyer did not contact me about the issue. No proof! Notta! Only a Negative review. I apologized for the problem. I offered to fix the problem and make them whole only to receive rude comments in return. I still gave them a positive review as a customer. I just wish communication was first. Instead of bullying. I couldn't please the customer. I have now acid re-tested all sterling and gold to make sure it's not plated. A mistake was made sadly they gave me no opportunity or proof to fix it.
