  Unfortunately I did not receive my item although the tracking shows as delivered. I reached out to the seller and he said that he can’t do anything as it shows as delivered. Initially I had opened a request to cancel my order a few minutes after placing it because I realized that the filter I ordered already had a built in heater. Mistakingly I closed the request. Guess he took the opportunity to do what he did. Bad decision never again will I ever buy from him again. No principle or Conscience

  Order placed on May 23. Cancel request made on May 28 - FIVE DAYS later (not minutes) and after the item was already shipped. Buyer messaged me they would be returning it, I said I would be happy to issue a refund upon receipt. Then buyer claimed they could not track the item and that I took two weeks to tell them it had been shipped, although I replied MINUTES after they messaged me on May 28th, the day after it had shipped. Buyer needs to contact USPS about their missing package.

  When I opened the box there was an immediate odor noticed. The item needed laundered. I did purchased it but wasn’t happy with it was expecting better quality.

  My apologies! I did wash the quilt when I brought it home from the auction but before that it was in a storage shed for 20+ years so it is entirely possible there were deeper odors not removed with one wash. If you are unhappy and would like a refund, just message me and I will handle it immediately.
