    I really like stuff they sell so keep ordering, but it's about a 50/50 shot for a complication in fulfillment so I plan for delays and frustration every time. This time they couldn't find one of the items I ordered. They ultimately provided a substitute, but it seems like it required me reaching out twice for it to make it out the door. They usually respond when poked, but there's never a proactive "hey we can't find this, do you want to cancel or pick something else."

    Hi Eric- Sorry for the delay in getting the Rosewood to you. We are adjusting our procedures because the issue you bring up is valid & accurate. We have 2400+ unique items online + at least 10x that, offline. Our biggest issue is making sure the inventory stays accurate & in-sync between online & offline sales.
