  This is why I don’t like to order untestable cosmetics online: The color wasn’t the best for me, and it’s not as bright/opaque as I thought it would be. Seller said that they don’t accept returns because “tested-on-the-hand” qualifies as a used product – even though it arrived to me unwrapped . I know how damaging a “neutral” response can be. Guess I should just chalk it up to Caveat Emptor.

  Listing states that used items are not able to be returned. Buyer emailed me asking to return the item after using the product, I declined due to the item being not resaleable due to safety concerns as it was used by buyer. The item cost $3.78 with free shipping. The eyeliner is worth more than what buyer paid. I sold this item at a loss. It is important to read the listing completely to understand what the product you are purchasing, the return policy prior to purchasing.
