Shoes shipped in a thin plastic bag.. without a box, and without toe support.. So they came in creased and twisted. Basically, they come in used once the bag is beat up in shipment. The seller says they always do this when there’s no box, so it must be acceptable. I did stuff them and let them sit a day, everything but the creases came out… unacceptable and just pure laziness, or they simply do not care. These were sold as No Box, but new. Never thought they’d do this though.

Buyer was offered a return or replacement as soon as I was notified. We’d also like to note that the buyer was given a 33% discount on the shoes and still proceeded with negative feedback. Unfortunately you can’t keep everyone happy but we certainly do try.

Seller also claims they provided a discount after the shoes were received damaged due to their negligence.. which they absolutely DID NOT do. I made an offer on NEW shoes - they accepted - shipped poorly in a bag with no toe support - and offered 0 refund. They did however tell me I could open a case. At this point I thought it more important to share the experience as they absolutely do not care if the customer is happy with their likely..damaged..item, bag shipping process. Poor seller
