We believe everyone should have access to the best possible kit for their beloved gaming rig, and at reasonable prices. To this end, we offer parts in all three categories; used, opened-never used, and new. We know buying used hardware can be a hit-and-miss proposition at the best of times, and yet for many it may also be the only way to afford higher end kit or replace parts that are no longer in production. Our "recycled" line of items is sourced through an established network of trusted partners. We do not buy hardware from auctions. Everything we receive that is not sealed in its original packaging, including new but unused items, is fully tested and cleaned before we place it on sale. In the unlikely event that you receive a recycled item from us that is faulty, we have a 14-day open returns policy with shipping on us.
