    The seller listed item as being in VG condition despite the fact that there was significant damage to the artwork and used a stock photo as the default image so the damage wouldn't be visible without going through the auction details. Including information in the body of the description that contradicts the condition item is supposed to be in is misleading at best and fraudulent misrepresentation at worst. I could have purchased the same item from Amazon brand new for $3 less.

    Instead of saying there was a problem with the order, the buyer started the conversation by calling me unethical and fraudulent, even though he admitted to not looking over the photos as the condition statement requested. I offered him a full refund upon the return of the item, which only made him angrier, threatening me with a bad review (see above). At this point I am waiting on the return of the item, hopefully undamaged, so I can refund and be done with this ebayer.
