    Seller promised it was tested in working condition. It was not. It turned on but Play mode did not work and it did not output sound. Only good thing is the seller was quick to apologize and refund me but still aggravating. Told me to keep it anyway, seems like they just wanted it gone.

    The printer arrived in good condition. FedEx delayed the shipment, claiming a “Delivery Exception” and a hold requested on the delivery. I tried to use their online customer service and it refused to answer my questions so I searched for their phone number and had to argue with the lousy AI there that refused to answer or connect me to a person. When a live person answered, it was likely an Indian phone scammer. Commenting on Facebook got me flooded with messages and friend requests from others.
