    Item arrived missing the DC cord. I reached out politely to resolve it and asked for either the cord or a small partial refund to cover the missing part. Seller was extremely rude and unhelpful over a simple missing part issue suggesting I needed to front the cost. The matter only got resolved when I decided to proceed with requesting return saying that eBay would have to step in for a moneyback guarantee. Would not buy from again.

    DC cord was literally never included, buyer did not buy a DC CORD and wanted me to pay for it. my listing was cheaper than the others that included it and they were brand new listings . mine was used and a lot cheaper and they demanded that the cord be with it then threatened me until i gave them 12 dollars. who does this stuff? no one buys a used camera from me demanding all the original cords come with it! This was abuse of the system
