Seller did offer to take item back but given it was only a $10.00 item it wasn’t worth the time or effort. Gave seller opportunity to give other options (partial refund, credit, etc.) but seller never responded. Not about the money but more about principle. Glad it was not a high dollar item. The card was significantly more stained than posted sales picture. Gave a whopping 50% discount on this card. Staining was consistent with advertised grade and could be seen in the photos, however I offered a full refund and the buyer opened a return.
