    This item was shipped out with the postal service the same day the order was placed. The Postal Service had some sort of delay that was completely out of our control. We ship all of our items out Same Day or next business day depending on the time an order is placed. This item was no exception. The track was continually updated showing there had been some sort of delay but buyer still decided to leave negative feedback.
