    Buyer never reached out to resolve prior to leaving feedback. The listing was for the adapters/spacers and never mentioned the lug nuts. The pictures CLEARLY show that not all lug nuts are present. The buyer received EXACTLY what was listed described and pictured. On top of all that the item was offered at a 50% discount!

    Since the first day I've worn these shoes there has been a white powder residue that comes out of the shoes. No matter how much I wipe it from the shoes it stills comes out from the seal on tje outside. If I knew they had this problem I definitely would not have purchased them.

    Buyer never communicated any dissatisfaction nor did they request a return or refund; if they had it would have been granted. For appropriate context, these are 16 year old used children's shoes which the buyer received a 30% discount from the listed price.
