  Unfortunately, I never received the package due to the delivery company losing it not knowing where they left it they’re lying to say they’d put it in my house when they hadn’t so I wasn’t very happy

  At the time I communicated clearly about the delivery & the information provided by Evri along with an apology. I kindly asked you to raise an item not received case in eBay on 9th July. You did not do this nor did you message again about the item therefore I thought that it must have turned up. The next thing is that you have left negative feedback over a month later. This could have been easily resolved if you had continued the communication and opened a case as requested.
