    Shipping was fast. It was packaged very well and appropriately. The "handle with care" stickers were a very nice touch, as was the personal touch inside the package. It was as described. I now can replace the one I received from a friend of my grandfather's that was destroyed because I didn't take care of it as a child. The price was acceptable. I just wish shipping didn't cost so much - nothing against the seller, as that's not their fault at all.

    Do not buy from this seller. The decanter was slightly broken and something spilled on it. This was not disclosed at all from the seller and I paid the full bid price. They will not accept returns. Now I know why!

    Well, these are such harsh words. I posted pictures of the condition of this 50 year old ceramic decanter. Bubble wrapped with packing paper as well as a cardboard insert to help protect the item. I understand, this had a small hinge on the base to connect the car and it was fine when it was shipped. I also put fragile tape on the box. We can't control how the postal service handles our packages. I pride myself in the way I conduct our ebay business. Please see our previous feedback!!

    I apologize for not replying yet but I want to say that I have purchased ebay products for 20 years...this purchase was the absolute best for me.
