    Complete unwillingness to accept responsibility for an error in a listing unwilling to correct the error. Highly unprofessional business. Be careful purchasing. They leave a lot out in the descriptions. I purchased the popcorn bucket missing straps. It does not list it into the description.. forced to do it return.

    This item was priced fairly and shown clearly in multiple close-up photos, including the area where the strap was missing. The buyer admitted they didn’t notice, yet still accused us of wrongdoing. Despite the error being on their end, we offered a full return with no hassle. We always aim for transparency and great service please check photos closely before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings like this.
