Pathetic customer service. Don’t buy from here. They won’t return your money if there is an issue with the device you buy from them. The device I bought was bad and because I chose the wrong description when trying to return the device they denied the return and had to open a dispute with PayPal and eBay and I’m still dealing with this!! Don’t buy from this seller!!!

Already explain you for your situation and you know very well the phone we shipped you is BRAND NEW GLOBAL VERSION and you just made up some excuses in return and we ACCEPTED!! NO PROBLEM!! But, you are the ONE to OPEN PAYPAL DISPUTE and EVEN we want to REFUND YOU but the SYSTEM does not allow us because your PAYMENT DISPUTE CASE is ON HOLD and we DON'T have the OPTION to Press "REFUND" Button, hope you understand, thanks. Right now, we only can wait for your PAYMENT DISPUTE CASE closed!!
