    The buyer purchased this item after it had already sold the previous day due to an accidental relist. As soon as we realized the mistake, we contacted the buyer and issued a full refund within two hours. We apologized sincerely for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the buyer still chose to leave negative feedback. This was an honest mistake that we corrected immediately.
