    FYI, eBay International Shipping (eIS) simplifies international orders. From America to other countries, the order first goes to the eIS hub near Chicago, Illinois. From there the order is bundled with others to similar destinations. I'm not certain in your case if it goes directly to Latvia or to an eIS hub somewhere else, possibly Lithuania, Estonia or Poland. From there eIS sends it to the buyer using local shipping or postal service.
