    Received e-mail that item shipped Aug. 19. I received books today Sept. 3. Box had plastic around it, apparently damaged in shipping, the books were not packaged securely. There is 7 books missing. Not worth the money.

    I'm so sorry. I wish I could hand deliver items! When I do larger book orders, I often insure it, but this one didn't seem quite big enough to warrant it. I have had problems with USPS Media Mail losing and damaging large orders. I'm so sorry your order didn't arrive well. :( I'll send you a message on Ebay messages.
