  I was expecting a box with two items packed. On its arrival both items were packed in a larger box and when opened both items wrapped in new tissue paper in the middle of protective polystyrene quavers. Its really great to see this level of customer service!...would buy from again.

  Excellent in all respects. The two model railway wagon kits are exactly as described within the listing and are in good condition. They were very well packed, and dispatched very quickly, following purchase. In my opinion, the cost of the kits, plus that for packaging and postage, were very reasonable. (My experience of building the OO gauge versions of the Parkside (Dundas) kits, suggests that, given appropriate care, they create very realistic, and attractive, models of the original wagons.)
