    The fans felt quality and turned out to be good in the end. Shipping was fast too, which is nice. Though I will note that they were not exactly like the original. The replacements had longer wires, so I had awkwardly route them through the heatsink to shorten them enough to not interfere or poke out when the gpu was put together. They also had a small bit of chirping, but after a couple days of use that went away.
