    The item was clearly listed as pre-owned. The buyer admitted they mistakenly thought it was brand new and messaged me saying they didn’t read the listing correctly. They then tried to cancel the order while it was already in transit, which I had no control over. This negative feedback is the result of the buyer’s mistake, not the accuracy of my listing or the condition of the item.
