Foam padding for hips and proper ce for knees etc. the knee pockets feature a number of Velcro patches so you can adjust height a bit to sit comfortably on knees when riding. Well packed and arrived in good condition. I had an issue with delivery which was dealt with a bit off hand .. in the end I had to get eBay involved to expedite for next day delivery.
