    Item was described as brand new (other) but I can’t see why. It seems brand new to me. All original items were in the box, leaflets, stickers the lot. Box didn’t even appear to be damaged though it had been opened perhaps only to put the sellers dispatch note in. Price was excellent compared with Swanns own website and other “traditional” sellers. Would use again definitely.

    Item not received. Seller said it went missing as soon as it went in transit but no tracking by any carrier was ever recorded. All that ever appeared was a self generated tracking number. I was refunded . Just suspicious that the exact same item still for sale but nearly £100 dearer .I suspect an error was made in listing and they didn't want to send one out to me.no offer to send exact replacement to me even though they have them.
