  I tried to cancel my order less than 3 hours after placing it because I realized I ordered a unit I didn't want (I wanted more TB and late at night mind you) and the seller said he couldn't cancel it because he had already shipped it. Then, I get the item and despite the product description (most of which is at the very bottom of the page buried by ad's) my PC would not recognize the hard drive. Thus, I am left with an item I can not use. He is deceptive, untrustworthy and gives EBay a bad name

  This item went missing in transit after its first outbound USPS tracking scan. We agreed to wait a few days to see if it turned up which to date it still has not. As soon as I asked for a refund seller issued refund no questions asked. Top marks for seller, USPS was the problem. Seller was great.
