  Due to tariffs tension between the Trump administration and China, seller informed me after I had placed another order with him that the Hong Kong Post office is not accepting U.S. bound packages. Seller (whom I've purchased from multiple times in the past) kindly refunded my funds after explaining the issue to me. He even apologized when it wasn't his fault.
