    I am contacting you regarding the laptop I purchased from you on eBay. The laptop is not working properly. When I turn it on, the screen shuts off after a few minutes and now it does not turn on at all. This is a hardware issue that makes the laptop unusable. You mentioned that the 30-day return window has passed, but I want to remind you that the item was listed with a 1-year warranty. Since I am still within that 1-year period, I expect support or a replacement under the warranty terms.
