    I'm so sorry you feel that way but We strive for perfection and would like to know, why would you say it arrived in a horrible condition and looks it was used? Our items are not only 100% Authentic but also brand new with tags. Did your item did not arrive with a tag? I remember packaging this particular item and it was in great condition. Thanks,
