Not only was the item sticking out the top of the box, but they only used 4 small pieces of scotch tape to close the top with. As you can imagine, the scotch tape did not hold. This was a, fairly expensive, ceramic coated pot. And it was only half wrapped in bubble wrap. So it came with scratches on it. According to the seller they had to be there from the manufacturer, because she packaged it perfectly. Ha!
