I give them 2 stars for eventually shipping correct item. They however left me out of pocket to deal with disposal of item that they shipped incorrect. Also incorrect item ship did not match invoice of what was shipped only the corrected item matched but took weeks to resolve. Mistakes happen but could have been caught much earlier.
