    The phone sent was not the one advertised. It said it had 8GB of RAM and the phone showed it only had 4GB of RAM, super SLOW. Anyhow, the seller never responded to me, but EBAY stepped up and helped me with the return. I recently bought another Samsung phone and the first thing I will be checking is the RAM. Fingers crossed.

    If I could give it no stars I would. Seller was very rude told me the phone would unlock in 90 days and I called the carrier (Verizon) and he had a outstanding bill of 1,000+ I either pay it or I can't use the phone,he will not pay it and he has since changed the listing and when called out about it he stopped responding. Reported him and contacted eBay and nothing happened so just do not buy from this man he is a liar and just stealing money for useless phones. Also his address is not the same.

    This buyer opened a return request several days after receiving their item, claiming the phone was received broken and attaching photos of a completely different phone with screen damage than was shipped to them. When I messaged buyer to let them know that we photograph every phone prior to shipping and record all serial numbers, and that we would file criminal charges if she attempted to return an item other than what was shipped to her, she immediately closed her return request.
