    Thank you for your feedback and purchase. We reviewed the QC record before shipment and can confirm that any mechanical issue (that prevents the system from booting up) should be the result of physical damage during the Ebay International Shipping program. The fact that this program reimbursed you full payment without even noticing me speaks of something suspicious. We will be using 200% more cushioning material and also make sure to buy insurance in the future for all international buyers.
