  The product I ordered was not as described. Ordered a new product and received a used product that was missing some things from original packaging. When I tried to get a refund and send it back they only offered me 50% of what I paid even though they advertised 100% return guarantee for 30 days. I had it 2 days. I will take the $10 I got back and repair what it needs. Maybe it will work, maybe not. Will find out later. Hard to order any electronic equip and be sure it will work at arival.

  Systolic display number does not display as the blood pressure is running however after many reset attempts it finally displays only as a final result. The B user portion runs but has yet to display a result. On the positive side I'm still able to get a final reading. Images show User A partially works while User B does not work. Seller provided addl A C adapter and now I have two.
