    I sent message to seller after receiving mislabeled shoes. They were listed as size 11eu 41 it they were really a size 40. I sent message to seller asking for refund for the shoes as they were marked with the wrong size. I understand that this mixup is not the sellers fault but I was disappointed that while the seller is processing the return, including my cost of shipping to return, the seller never responded to my message and left me in the dark.
