  Hose leaked at banjo connection. They offered a $5 refund and then a $10 one. They insisted on me returning the part despite it costing 3 x the part value so they could assess it. There is no guarantee that they would accept responsibility for the defect. The only recourse was for them to send a new one although I wanted a refund even though that would have been the cheapest and easiest solution.
