The install is easy, as long as you have the correct drill bit, and are adept at finding the exact hole5 coordinates before you drill. Also, you must have touch up paint to ensure the drilled holes don't rust. I added some silicon sealant to keep any water out of the trunk sheet metal. Generally, if you drill into your trunk, be prepared and remember, you really only have one chance, don't half ass it!
