    Great little lathe. Extremely heavy which is good and full of shipping grease. Took everything apart and cleaned it. Once apart, I lapped and polished the gibbs, ways and all the contact surfaces. Once back together, tuning was needed. Everything is now working great and I have no problem turning in this. Few minor things: 1) hand wheel = no good. Make new ones. 2) quick change tool post is just not good. 3) switching from foreword to reverse will shunt down the machine.
