  The quality of the item is thick plastic, which is durable. It arrived in brand new packaging and condition. I also got it for a good value, as it was less than $5, compared to the $15 I would have paid on Amazon. The packaging had a simple appearance in a clear bag, and was very easy to use.   Quality looks very good. They were brand new. Great price. Look like the factory originals to me. Communication not great with the seller at all. Mine originals did not have hog rings. I asked the seller 3 times for help. Finally got a reply with a video no help. I needed hog rings if he would have just told me that or had it in his ad that you need them. Could have sold me some and shipped with the seat covers. Poor customer service in my opinion.

  We haven't seen the seat covers yet, since they don't ship to Alaska, but their communication has been great. The box was delivered quickly to our family in California. We are excited to see them and install the seat covers when they bring them up here on their next trip in a few weeks. But their website, communication and shipping have been great. I hope the seat covers will be just as great and fit well, but I trust they'll help if there's any problem. Reliable sellers for sure. Thanks
