The connectors fit fine, but if the civic has a stock amp, the pins are completely different. The RCA converter requires +/- for both right and left speakers, which are not included in the stock configuration w/ stock amp. The condition is fine, as is the appearance, it simply does not work with the vehicles it claims to work with.
