  They had a goof on there inventory. They were actually out of stock on the purple shure headphones. But, they contacted me immediately. Offered me alternatives colors. Or the option to wait and they would 2nd day ship. Lee time was 3-4 days. I chose a diffrent color (blue) and boom they were here. I truly appreciate the honesty and speed of processing.
