    The clock was exactly what I was looking for, but it arrived damaged due to the carrier. Seller was very responsive, communicated well, and provided a prepaid return label so that I wouldn’t have to pay the postage. I received a credit card refund in a timely manner. I would have purchased a replacement clock with this seller, but she didn’t have any more in that particular size & style.
