    I received very bad service from this seller. The item arrived damaged and I sent him all the proof and he told me that I was lying to him and that I only wanted to take advantage of the return policies, which was very unpleasant.

    Sellers, beware of "onansterling" , He will try to get a free item by providing false information, and if you refuse as a seller, he will leave you negative feedback as a last resort to get what he wants. Unfortunately, eBay is full of these kinds of scams these days, and even more sadly, eBay has no plan to stop them.
