  Excellent aftersales support, had a couple of phone calls and sent me a spare part to get the bike working, had the issue turned round really quickly so my little boy could get on the bike, great support for what was a fairly minor issue in the end

  Poor quality!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had on eBay. Sent the wrong item twice, then a faulty quad that broke within an hour. I have video proof it was defective from first use. Seller was rude, dishonest, and refused to issue a full refund until eBay had to step in. Claimed I “very used” it — complete lie. I stayed calm and patient, but they were evasive and unprofessional throughout. Avoid this seller completely. Not worth the hassle.

  Spoke to the client on many occasions. Was told they could not start the quad so we arranged collection and offered a replacement or refund. Once it arrived we inspected the quad and it had been used for hours. The tyres worn chain over stretched it had been well used. As per Ebay terms the item should not have been used starting it up etc is fine but used for hours is not part of the returns policy. We still refunded the client less the postage. Item ran fine nothing wrong with it when tested.
