    Tried to cancel previous order because I used the wrong address. Seller denied cancellation request, even when the item had not been shipped yet, and even when I ordered an identical item 5 minutes after I tried to cancel the first one because it was going to go to the wrong address. I did manage to recover the one that went to my old address (empty house), thanks to a good neighbor. But I don't need 2 of these! Never heard of a cancellation being denied when put in immediately after order!
