  Received a used item, seller offered refund. Claimed to have sent me a shipping label but it was nowhere to be found on eBay, PayPal or my email. Unfortunately eBay doesn’t care about that part so I was forced to pay out of pocket. Keep in mind the seller is in Canada. Shipping for a small desktop keyboard was usps at almost $50… I asked for at least half the money since he “sent me a return label” which I’m sure he paid for and if he truly did, he can cancel and get money back.
