Went to pick up the package the next day at the post office and found out the COD was due to the fact the seller paid for ground advantage shipping and printed the label off eBay but packaged the shoes in a USPS priority box. USPS shipped priority and the COD charge was due the difference between ground and priority shipping. A++++
