  I first ask you to send me a new unit if I returned the old one, I now realise the postage is to high compared to the cost of the unit. I have looked at the problem and now see why it is faulty. If you look at the attached photos, you will see the contacts and the alignment slot are misaligned The one that does not work more than the other.   La verdad mi cliente cree mucho en Dios, yo de igual manera pero él demasiado, arriesgó el dinero con la compra. En un principio se compró y se canceló pidiendo el ryzen 5 cuando y le escribo al proveedor que ya realicé la compra y que le encargaba muchísimo el despacho seguro, en ese mismo instante me comentó que no tenía placa con ryzen 5 Y qué por tal motivo me iba a despachar un ryzen 7 cosa que le agradezco inmensamente, el cliente anteayer le entregué el equipo y la placa funcionó perfecto
