  When I purchased this item it was suppose to be new. When I received the watch. The back of the watch had a broken piece missing were you turn the dial on both sides. It looks like seller tried to brake a piece from other side to make it look like normal, but you can tell right away. This was not what I paid for!

  Hi, The watch was fully inspected before it was shipped there was NO broken or missing piece, there was NO scratches the watch was 100% brand new condition. from the pictures that YOU posted you could clearly see that the watch already has tons of scratches on the back.
