    selling used items stating new. i paid for a brand new + customs charges at clearance for a used printer head. be aware of this seller before purchase. i don't think its a seller should be given time to correct as it was done by purpose. i would name seller as not a genuine seller. had to pay 96 USD for customs as well. now when getting the refund not sure I'm entitled to the customs paid amount. 1 USD = 300 LKR
